We have a 48-Hour Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so by 3 PM 48-hours or 2 day prior to your arrival date. If you cancel or modify post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for entire stay. Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled or modified - total reservation amount will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show.

Please note that a special cancellation policy of 14 days applies for the dates of August 13-August 20, 2023 and August 11-18, 2024. There will be 0 penalty for cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival and a penalty of 100% of stay for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival.

The Cannery Row Inn is located at 200 Foam Street in the heart of Cannery Row. We are a short walk to beaches, The Aquarium, Cannery Row, Fisherman's Wharf, restaurants, galleries, and live music venues. Cabrillo Highway 1 is a short drive away, and the Monterey Airport is less than four miles from our location, and we are less than two hours from the San Jose International Airport. Additionally, 17-Mile Drive and Pebble Beach can be reached within minutes.

This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Once checked in, no cancellations. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged.  Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. NO PETS ALLOWED. Guest rooms that have evidence of pet dander and/or odor will be charged a non-refundable fee for deep cleaning services. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. This 100% non-smoking property. If the smell of smoke is detected in your guest room, there will be a cleaning fee added to your folio. Guest acknowledges that smoking and vaping is not allowed in a guest room, pool area, or common areas. If anyone in guest's party smokes in the guest room, or any non-designated smoking areas, the guest hereby expressly authorizes hotel management to charge the credit card the amount to reimburse the property for the additional cost of cleaning a guest room. If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit of USD 50 via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur. The hotel takes a credit preauthorization. Cash deposits are USD 300.
